We do not offer price matching from other stores.
If an item has been worn and/or tried on, and becomes damaged, Rock'n Waves will not be held responsible to replace the item and will not accept the return. If an item is washed, Rock'n Waves will not be held responsible to replace an item and will not accept the return.
Rock'n Waves is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If you feel as though your package has been lost, please submit a claim to shipping carrier.

Items that are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE and include: hats, jewelry, accessories (home/gifts/novelty), perfumes, health & beauty, bath & body, lingerie/intimates, swimwear, home, sale & final sale marked items.
ANY AND ALL ITEMS OUTSIDE OF THE 14 DAY POLICY ARE NON RETURNABLE.
This also includes HOLIDAY PROMOS, BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY and FLASH SALES.
If a final sale item is returned to us, we will send you a shipping invoice via email for the ineligible item(s). You are responsible for paying the invoice within 7 business days after it is emailed. If the shipping invoice is not paid, the ineligible return will be donated. We will attempt to contact you 2 times before donating.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs or provide return labels.
If your package has been returned to sender due to insufficient address, Rock'n Waves is not responsible. If your item has returned to sender, when the item is returned successfully we will contact you about the shipment.
Some promotions are final sale, while others are eligible for return. Final Sale details are made visible on the product page.
If an order needs to be cancelled or changed, an email must be sent to sales@shoprocknwaves.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Since we try to ship items out ASAP, we do not guarantee cancelations or address changes if your order has been shipped.
